    I loved this program!!
    This health planner felt like a lifeline during a time when women go through a phase that can feel confusing and isolating. As many women know, perimenopause is a rollercoaster of physical and emotional symptoms.     This planner helps cut through the confusion and provides a systematic, supportive way to track, understand what’s happening in your body, and how to lean into the changes and support your body… and your mind!
    Here are the key aspects I love:
    • Tracking that actually makes sense! It includes dedicated sections to journal symptoms, including mood swings, energy levels, sleep quality, and physical changes like joint pain. This is crucial for identifying patterns you might not have noticed just relying on memory.
    • Finding Patterns: By tracking symptoms alongside lifestyle factors like diet, exercise, and stress, it enables you to connect the dots and pinpoint specific triggers (maybe caffeine and high stress are major culprits).
    • Meal Planning: By offering suggestions of foods that support your body, which changes depending on where you are in your cycle, it takes the guess work out of how best to fuel your body. It gives meal plans and shopping lists, taking the work and stress out of nutrition planning.
