Orders & Products
Venvy Lab offers both digital and physical products.
- Digital products include PDF guides, planners, trackers, worksheets, and digital bundles.
- Physical products include printed books, planners, guides, and Venvylets™ card decks.
Each product listing clearly indicates whether the item is digital or physical.
No. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
You’ll receive access immediately after checkout via download links and a confirmation email.
Yes. Most physical products are produced specifically for your order.
- Printed books, planners, and guides are made on demand by our print partner.
- Venvylets™ card decks are packaged and shipped by Venvy Lab.
Because items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for preference-based reasons.
Shipping
At this time:
- Physical products ship within the United States only
- Digital products are available worldwide
We do not currently ship physical products internationally.
Shipping costs for physical products are calculated at checkout based on the product(s) in your order.
Shipping fees cover handling, packaging, and carrier costs and are non-refundable once an order enters production or shipment.
Timelines vary by product type.
Digital products
- Delivered immediately after purchase
Physical products
- Production: typically 3–7 business days
- Shipping: varies by carrier and destination
You’ll receive tracking information once it becomes available. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Possibly. Because physical products may be fulfilled from different locations:
- Items in the same order may ship separately
- Orders containing both printed materials and Venvylets™ may arrive in multiple packages
This is normal and does not indicate a missing item.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
No. All digital products are final sale.
If you experience a technical access issue or accidentally purchase the same item twice, contact us within 7 days and we’ll be happy to help.
Because physical products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong product
- Changing your mind
- Preference for a different design or format
We’re happy to help.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrectly trimmed or bound
Email support@venvylab.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of packaging (if applicable)
Approved issues will receive a replacement at no cost.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier or fulfillment partner, a replacement will be issued at no cost.
Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.
Account & Downloads
No account is required to purchase.
However, creating an account allows you to:
- View order history
- Access downloads more easily
- Manage account details
No. Digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
Payments & Billing
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Venvy Lab does not store full credit card numbers.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address:
- Are not eligible for a refund
- May be reshipped for an additional shipping fee if returned to sender
