VENVY LAB SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy describes how physical orders are produced, shipped, and delivered when you purchase products from https://venvylab.com (“Site”). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy as well as our Terms of Sale and Refunds & Returns Policy.

1. Product Types

Venvy Lab offers both digital and physical products:

1.1 Digital Products

Digital items (PDF guides, downloads, worksheets, and digital bundles) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Access is provided immediately after checkout unless otherwise noted.

1.2 Physical Products

Venvy Lab offers physical products fulfilled in two ways:

Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Certain books, planners, and guides are produced and shipped on demand by our print partner:

  • Lulu Direct — books, planners, and printed guides

These items are custom-printed for each order and shipped directly from the printer.

Manually Fulfilled Products
Some physical products, including Venvylets™ card decks, are produced by a third-party manufacturer and packaged and shipped by Venvy Lab from our fulfillment location.


2. Production Times

Production time is the period required to print or prepare your order before shipment.

Estimated production times:

  • Lulu Direct (POD items): 3–7 business days
  • Manually fulfilled items (Venvylets): Typically ship within 3–5 business days after order processing

Production times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, promotions, or due to supply or staffing delays.


3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Shipping time refers to the transit period after production is complete.

3.1 Shipping Methods

Shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout and vary based on product type.

  • POD items ship using carriers and services selected by our print partner
  • Manually fulfilled items ship using carriers selected by Venvy Lab

Available options may include Economy or Standard shipping. Expedited shipping may be limited or unavailable for certain products.

3.2 Tracking

Most physical orders include tracking. Tracking information will be emailed once it is provided by the fulfillment partner or carrier.

3.3 Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on:

  • Production time
  • Carrier service level
  • Destination
  • Weather or peak-season delays

All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs for physical products are calculated at checkout and are based on the product(s) in your order.

Shipping charges cover handling, packaging, and carrier fees associated with fulfillment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has entered production or has shipped.


5. Shipping Availability

At this time:

  • Physical products ship within the United States only
  • Digital products are available worldwide

We do not currently ship physical products internationally.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • The order is not eligible for a refund
  • If the item is returned, we may offer reshipment to the corrected address for an additional shipping fee

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.


7. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact support@venvylab.com.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier or fulfillment partner, a replacement will be issued at no cost.

Delayed Packages

Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds. Replacements are issued only for confirmed loss or manufacturing defects.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact support@venvylab.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

Once approved, a replacement will be provided at no cost.


9. Split Shipments

Because physical products may be fulfilled from different locations:

  • Items in the same order may ship separately
  • Orders containing both printed materials and Venvylets may arrive in multiple packages
  • Delivery times may vary between items

This is normal and does not indicate a missing item.


10. Order Changes or Cancellations

Because POD products begin production shortly after purchase:

  • POD orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins
  • Digital product orders cannot be canceled once delivered

If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before production starts.
