VENVY LAB — REFUNDS, RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

This Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy applies to all purchases made through https://venvylab.com (“Site”). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products

All digital products (including PDF downloads, guides, planners, worksheets, trackers, and digital bundles) are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products.

Exceptions

We are happy to assist in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate purchases of the same digital product
  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased files

Requests must be submitted to support@venvylab.com within 7 days of purchase.


2. Physical Products — Print-on-Demand (POD)

All printed products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner. Because these items are produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference-based reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Disliking the design, colors, or layout
  • Ordering the incorrect product
  • Changing your mind after purchase

2.1 Eligible Replacements

We will gladly issue a replacement at no cost if a physical item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Trimmed incorrectly
  • Bound incorrectly
  • Produced with a manufacturing error

To request a replacement, email support@venvylab.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging (if damage occurred in transit)

Once approved by our print partner, a replacement will be issued.


2.2 Refunds for Physical Products

Refunds for print-on-demand items are issued only if a replacement is not possible, as determined by the print partner.


3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact support@venvylab.com.

We will work with the fulfillment partner or carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, a replacement will be shipped at no cost.

Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • The order is not eligible for a refund
  • If the item is returned to the sender, we may offer reshipment to the corrected address for an additional shipping fee
