These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through https://venvylab.com (“Site”).
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, as well as our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, and Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not complete your purchase.
1. Products
Venvy Lab offers both physical and digital products.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and shipping information are provided on each product page and are subject to change without notice.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes and shipping charges (where applicable) are calculated during checkout.
Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider. Venvy Lab does not store complete credit card information.
By completing your purchase, you authorize payment for the total amount displayed at checkout.
3. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase unless otherwise stated.
Digital purchases are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, or resold.

4. Physical Products
Processing and shipping times vary by product.
Estimated processing times, shipping information, and any special fulfillment details are provided on the applicable product page.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

7. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipment.
8. Product Availability
Many Venvy Lab products are produced in small quantities or limited editions.
We reserve the right to:
- discontinue products at any time
- limit quantities available for purchase
- correct pricing or product description errors
- cancel orders affected by pricing, inventory, or technical errors (with a full refund if payment has already been collected)
9. Chargebacks
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact support@venvylab.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
We are committed to resolving legitimate issues whenever possible.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venvy Lab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of products sold through this Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
