These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through https://venvylab.com (“Site”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, as well as our related policies, which are incorporated by reference:

1. Overview
Venvy Lab (“we,” “our,” or “us”) sells digital products, downloadable resources, and physical products fulfilled through third-party print partners or direct fulfillment. All orders placed through the Site are subject to availability, verification, and acceptance.
2. Product Types
We offer the following categories of products:
2.1 Digital Products
Digital products include PDF downloads, guides, planners, trackers, worksheets, and digital bundles. These products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Access is provided via download links immediately after purchase unless otherwise noted.
2.2 Physical Products
Physical products are fulfilled in two ways:
Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Books, planners, and printed guides are produced on demand by our print partner:
- Lulu Direct
These items are custom-printed for each order and shipped directly from the printer.
Manually Fulfilled Products
Some products, including Venvylets™ card decks, are produced by a third-party manufacturer and packaged and shipped by Venvy Lab from our fulfillment location.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3.2 Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Venvy Lab does not store full credit card numbers.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
4. Order Confirmation and Delivery
4.1 Digital Products
- Download links are provided immediately after purchase
- A confirmation email with access details is also sent
- Digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold

4.2 Physical Products
Once a physical order is placed:
- The order enters production or fulfillment shortly after purchase
- Typical timelines:
- Production: 3–7 business days (varies by product)
- Shipping: Based on carrier and destination within the U.S.
- Tracking: Provided once available
Production and shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to printer capacity, supply issues, or carrier conditions.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
All purchases are governed by our full Refunds & Returns Policy:

A summary is provided below for convenience.
5.1 Digital Products
All digital purchases are final sale.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for digital products.
Exceptions may be considered for:
- Duplicate purchases
- Technical access issues
Requests must be submitted to support@venvylab.com within 7 days of purchase.
5.2 Physical Products
Because physical products are custom-printed or prepared per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference-based reasons.
Replacements will be issued for items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrectly trimmed or bound
- Lost in transit
To request a replacement, email support@venvylab.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of packaging (if damaged)
Refunds for physical products are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
6. Shipping
6.1 Shipping Methods and Fees
Shipping fees for physical products are calculated at checkout based on the product(s) in your order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has entered production or shipment.
6.2 Shipping Availability
At this time:
- Physical products ship within the United States only
- Digital products are available worldwide
We do not currently ship physical products internationally.
6.3 Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
- Are not eligible for a refund
- May be reshipped for an additional shipping fee if returned
7. Account Responsibility
If you create an account on the Site, you agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us of unauthorized access
- Keep account information accurate and current
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or related policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All digital and physical products are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual use only.
You may not:
- Share, distribute, or resell digital downloads
- Upload files to file-sharing platforms
- Copy or reproduce products or content
- Recreate or redistribute printed materials
- Remove branding or copyright notices

9. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Availability
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing or content errors
- Update product descriptions
- Cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or availability (with refund)
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact support@venvylab.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Account termination
- Future purchase restrictions
- Submission of evidence to Stripe to dispute the claim
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venvy Lab is not liable for:
- Production or carrier delays
- Lost or damaged shipments (replacements will be provided where applicable)
- Inaccurate information provided by the customer
- Digital file compatibility issues
- Indirect or consequential damages

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued purchases after changes indicate acceptance of the updated Terms.
