Meet the Founder

At 43, I said yes to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with only four months to prepare.

Objectively? Terrible timing.

I was not ready. Not even close.

But I trained anyway.

I cleaned up my nutrition, doubled down on cardio, learned how to lift heavy, and started paying attention to my body in a way I never had before. There were setbacks, sore muscles, long hikes, and a few moments of existential regret.

But I made it to the summit.

And somewhere along the way, something clicked:
the old wellness rules weren’t working anymore.

As I started training for bigger adventures — including Mount Whitney and a Rim-to-Rim hike of the Grand Canyon — I fell deep into research around hormones, recovery, performance, nervous system regulation, sleep, strength training, and midlife health.

What I found was both empowering and frustrating.

There was good information out there.

But women were being forced to piece it together themselves from podcasts, scattered research, conflicting advice, and wellness trends that often felt extreme, patronizing, or completely disconnected from real life.

Eventually, I realized this wasn’t just about wellness. It was about building systems that actually support women through real life.

And that realization became Venvy Lab.

Venvy Lab is built for women who still want big lives, strong bodies, ambitious goals, meaningful routines, and honest conversations about what midlife actually feels like.

Not fear-based wellness.
Not perfection.
Not “aging gracefully.”
